Whenever I have an in depth discussion about online radio, questions invariably come up like “Why can’t I choose the song I like?” or “Will Pandora last?” A lot of what determines those answers lies in the legal foundation provided by the much misunderstood Digital Millennium Copyright Act, (generally abbreviated to DMCA).
